Monthly Retainer: R15 120 - R17 280 per month (depending on experience

Working Environment: Remote

Contract Duration: Full time 3-month contract (aim is to become permanent)

Start Date: 1 May 2025

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and Data Insights
    • Generate client reports from analytics dashboards and marketing campaigns with 95% accuracy
    • Present iterative analytics updates, gradually taking the lead in client presentations
    • Optimize reporting workflows in collaboration with the Analytics team
  • Lead Management and Onboarding
    • Set up and maintain client integrations on LeadByte
    • Collaborate across teams for seamless onboarding and lead delivery
    • Monitor lead accuracy and optimize delivery processes
  • Campaign Monitoring and Optimization
    • Detect and resolve campaign issues (e.g., poor lead quality) within 48 hours
    • Optimize performance in alignment with client KPIs
    • Use data insights for continuous campaign improvements

Requirements and Experience:

  • Degree in a relevant field
  • 2–3 years’ experience in performance marketing or lead generation
  • Experience with the insurance category (preferred)

Technical Skills / Software Proficiency:

  • LeadByte (essential)
  • HubSpot (advantageous)
  • Agile methodology (advantageous)
  • MS Suite, reporting dashboards
