Location: Rosebank, Johannesburg

Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination & Delivery
  
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, balancing timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, plans, and status reports.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  Client Communication
  • Serve as the main contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Present project updates and facilitate discussions on progress, risks, and decisions.
  Team Collaboration & Quality Assurance
  • Organize and lead team meetings, brainstorms, and reviews.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to internal and client-side processes and standards.

Technical Requirements:

• Requirements & Qualifications: 
  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
    
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a creative agency or similar environment
  Technical skills/software proficiency: 
  • Project Management Tools: Trello, Asana
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and creative processes is a plus
