Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Execution
  
  • Write and edit engaging copy for social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
  • Ensure content aligns with brand tone and voice guidelines
  • Generate tactical and trend-based content when relevant
  Strategy & Collaboration
  • Work closely with digital designers to conceptualise and produce impactful campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align social content with broader campaign goals
  • Participate in ideation and brainstorming for campaigns and monthly content calendars
  Monitoring & Optimization
  • Track and respond to social trends and cultural moments to maintain relevance
  • Monitor engagement and performance, using insights to inform future content
  • Maintain awareness of competitor activity and best practices

Technical Requirements:

• Requirements & Qualifications: 
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in social media content creation or writing
  • Portfolio or examples of previous social writing work
  Technical skills/software proficiency: 
  • Familiarity with social platforms and their content best practices
  • Optional: Social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite)
  • Basic understanding of content planning tools (e.g. Notion, Trello, Airtable)
