Data & Reporting Manager

Budget: R40 000 (Depending on skills & experience)

Location: Claremont, Cape Town

Responsibilities:

• Manage the client’s  sales tech stack and vendor relationships (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, Cognism, Apollo, Lusha, Clay)
  
  
• Build and maintain sales performance reports for internal and client use
  
  
• Conduct detailed data analysis using Google Sheets
  
  
• Lead B2B data acquisition and list generation
  
  
• Drive special projects including new tech vendor evaluations, automation initiatives, and tech stack implementations for new clients

Technical Requirements:

Requirements & Qualifications:

• University degree in Maths, Stats, Finance, Engineering, or similar (must have passed at least first-year maths)
  
  
• 5+ years’ experience working with data and reporting
  
  
• Experience creating clear, concise process documentation
  
  
• Experience collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Bonus: B2B data automation tools such as Clay or scrapers
  

Software proficiency:

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
  
  
• Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, Zoho)
  
  
• Exposure to Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach)
  
  
• Experience with B2B data providers (e.g., Cognism, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha)
