The Customer Engagement Manager is responsible for building and nurturing positive, long-term relationships with customers. This role focuses on increasing customer engagement through strategic communication across digital and direct marketing channels and promoting product adoption and loyalty. The Manager will act as the voice of the customer within the organisation, working cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience and create a community of engaged and satisfied customers.

The core focus of this role is to support the existing Account Management team with crucial day to day client management and delivery tasks. From briefing through to client delivery, internal communication, administration, proposal building and project management, this is a key role that will support the Account Managers deliver value, retain and ultimately grow their dedicated accounts. You’ll be working with our various production teams across Strategy, SEO, Paid Advertising, Social Media, Graphic Design, Video, Editorial and Web Development, giving you an invaluable insight into a spectrum of digital marketing channels, platforms and content within a fast paced digital marketing agency.
