Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager (SAM) is the key client contact, responsible for managing day-to-day relationships and coordinating project execution to ensure timely, efficient delivery. You will oversees campaign planning, execution, and completion, aligning internal teams to meet project goals and timelines. Additionally, the SAM provides strategic input to help clients achieve their marketing objectives, while also managing budgets, retainer hours, contact reports, and communications to keep clients informed and projects on track.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for work execution.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of marketing projects and campaigns ensuring teams and work is coordinated to best efficiencies internally, meeting project deliverables within timelines.
  • Provides strategic input and recommendations to clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Manage budgets, CE's, retainer hours, Contact Reports, timing plans and client comms around all these points.
  • Ensuring clear, consistent client communication and updates.
  • Tracking budgets and hours to maintain alignment with project scope.
  • Providing timely strategic recommendations to meet client goals.
  • Coordinating internal teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
