We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Facebook Ads Media Buyer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimising Facebook ad campaigns, with a focus on achieving KPIs and maximizing ROI. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital advertising, growth, and campaign strategy.

Working Hours: 7am - 3pm
Working Environment: 3 days a week
Responsibilities:
1. Managing Facebook Ad Accounts
- Oversee multiple Facebook ad accounts for a diverse range of clients.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with the overall strategy and meet performance goals (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.).
- Perform regular audits of ad accounts to identify inefficiencies, scaling opportunities, and potential for cost savings.
2. Campaign Optimization
- Analyse campaign performance daily to ensure KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Implement data-driven adjustments, including bid optimisation, budget allocation, audience segmentation, and creative testing.
- Monitor audience fatigue and ad relevance, optimising targeting and ad placement strategies.
3. Identifying Growth Opportunities
- Proactively identify new opportunities within ad accounts, such as untapped audiences, emerging trends, or underutilised ad formats.
- Explore new strategies to improve ad performance, including A/B testing, dynamic creative optimisation, and experimenting with new campaign types.
4. Creative and Copy Management
- Collaborate with the creative team to upload ad creatives and ensure they align with the campaign's goals.
- Provide constructive feedback on ad copy and visuals to enhance messaging, brand alignment, and performance.
- Work closely with the design team to develop fresh, innovative creatives for ongoing and future campaigns.
5. Reporting and Communication
- Generate detailed performance reports and insights, providing clear action steps for improvement.
- Communicate campaign progress and updates to the team and/or clients.
- Present ideas and recommendations for scaling campaigns based on data analysis.
6. Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and refine strategies for new and ongoing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and target audiences.
- Stay up to date on Facebook Ads best practices, algorithm changes, and new features to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns with measurable success.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and ad account structures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for ad copy and visuals.
- Experience with additional ad platforms (e.g, Google Ads/LinkedIn) is a plus.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of landing page optimisation and funnel strategies.
