Additionally, this position involves managing client communications and leading a dedicated pod that includes a creative strategist and an editing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Campaign Management: Strategically manage and optimize a portfolio of high-budget ad accounts, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Expert-Level Ad Spend Management: Demonstrate proficiency in managing significant ad spends, with a minimum of $200k in the past 12 months, specifically within the info-product niche.
  • Innovative Creative Strategy: Develop and execute cutting-edge creative strategies, including compelling ad copy and visually engaging creatives, to drive high conversion rates.
  • In-Depth Analytics: Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, identifying key trends and insights. Use tools like Hyros, Clickmagick and Wicked reports for analysis.
  • Client Collaboration and Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact. Present detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Pod Management: Lead and manage a dedicated pod, including a creative strategist and an editing team, to ensure seamless execution of ad campaigns.
  • Feedback Integration: Actively incorporate feedback and industry best practices to refine and enhance ad performance, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Expert Knowledge: Mastery of Facebook Ads Manager and a deep understanding of the platform’s intricacies and capabilities.
  • Info-Product Savvy: Extensive experience in the info-product space, with a keen understanding of marketing strategies for lead magnets, VSLs, webinars, and courses.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement sophisticated advertising strategies that align with client goals and market dynamics.
  • Creative Excellence: Strong creative skills with the ability to craft persuasive ad copy and develop innovative marketing angles that resonate with target audiences.
  • Analytical Prowess: Exceptional analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making and performance 
  • Proactive Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ensuring seamless coordination with clients, creative strategists, and editing teams.

Daily Activities:

  • Comprehensive Monitoring: Conduct thorough daily monitoring of ad accounts, making real-time adjustments to budgets, bids, and creatives as necessary.
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative strategist and editing team to produce high-impact ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Strategic Innovation: Continuously develop and test new advertising angles and copy based on performance data and emerging trends.
  • Client Reporting: Provide clients with detailed performance reports and actionable insights, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment.
  • Pod Leadership: Manage and coordinate the activities of your pod, ensuring all team members are aligned and working effectively towards campaign goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry developments and integrate best practices into campaign management for sustained performance enhancement.
