Digital Account Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Account Manager to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving strategic initiatives to maximize client satisfaction and business growth. In addition, the Account Manager will oversee project management tasks, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure client objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and serving as their trusted advisor.Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on projects, address 
  • concerns, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Actively listen to client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Manage client accounts, including project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Develop strategic account plans to align with client goals and objectives, driving long-term value and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor key account metrics and performance indicators, proactively identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and technical teams, to develop and execute integrated strategies that meet client needs.
  • Oversee project management tasks, including setting project milestones, coordinating internal resources, and managing project risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients, driving revenue growth and maximizing account value.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposals, showcasing our capabilities and expertise to prospective clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute account plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
