Brand Manager (EE)

Develop and implement strategic brand initiatives to enhance brand equity and drive business growth. Work closely with franchisees, marketing teams, agencies, and external partners to create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including TV, radio, and digital. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, utilizing creative strategies to elevate brand presence and achieve measurable results. Key focus areas include kids’ marketing, promotions, and product innovation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for brand, PR, and reputation management.
  • Lead creative direction to ensure brand identity aligns with market trends.
  • Manage traditional marketing channels (TV, OOH, radio) and integrate them into broader campaigns.
  • Collaborate with agencies to optimize media strategies and enhance media buying efficiency.
  • Use market insights, consumer behavior analysis, and trend data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee project management to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Implement and optimize marketing campaigns, tracking performance for measurable outcomes.
  • Manage digital marketing strategies to enhance online engagement and conversion rates.
  • Handle relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring contract negotiations align with company objectives.
  • Maintain fiscal discipline by managing budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Foster strategic partnerships to drive brand growth and visibility.
  • Support product innovation and lead marketing efforts for new developments.
  • Develop and execute strategies tailored for kids and youth marketing.

Technical Requirements:

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or related fields.

Technical skills/software proficiency:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
  • Adobe Suite (if applicable).
  • Digital marketing tools and platforms. 

Soft skills:

  • Strong decision-making and leadership abilities.
  • Persuasion and influence in stakeholder management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and strategic planning capabilities.
