We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Generation & Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our clients team. This individual will be a digital superstar with a keen focus on outbound affiliate programs, lead generation, marketing technology and relationship management, and also play a supporting role for the core lending business and its marketing activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Platforms, Tech, Analytics & Compliance:
    • Utilise marketing technology (Martech and AdTech) tools to track, analyse, and optimise lead generation and affiliate performance.
    • Have a good grasp of how ads are served, tracked and created (HTML)
    • Implement and manage affiliate tracking systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
    • Provide regular reports on affiliate and lead generation performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
    • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and strategic recommendations.
    • Ensure all affiliate and lead generation activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing, lead generation, and MarTech.
  • Affiliate Program Development:
    • Develop, implement and manage comprehensive outbound affiliate marketing programs to generate high-quality leads for 3rd party partners in the financial, data and technology verticals.
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the affiliate network.
    • Design and execute lead generation campaigns to drive targeted 1st party traffic and convert leads into 3rd party customers.
    • Optimise lead funnels and user journeys to maximise lead quality and conversion rates.
    • Monitor affiliate program performance and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Conduct A/B testing and other methodologies to optimise affiliate campaigns and increase lead quality and ROI.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, providing ongoing support and communication.
  • Support Role for General Marketing:
    • Utilise skills and experience to assist marketing team with acquisition and retention for core product across various digital channels including inbound affiliates, SEO, PPC, and DM where needed.
    • Assist in the development of a customer rewards programme.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing and lead generation.
  • Proven experience with outbound affiliate marketing programs and MarTech tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing as they relate to lead generation.
  • Proficiency in tracking software.Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, or a related field would be advantageous
