We are seeking an exceptional Account Executive to seamlessly integrate with the Account Management team at Axonn to help deliver our range of digital solutions. The successful candidate will join an experienced, multi-disciplined team of strategists, account managers, writers, animators, and video experts who use data to devise, implement, and run campaigns using impactful content to generate ROI for our clients.
You’ll be working with our various production teams across Strategy, SEO, Paid Advertising, Social Media, Graphic Design, Video, Editorial, and Web Development, giving you invaluable insight into a spectrum of digital marketing channels, platforms, and content within a fast-paced digital marketing agency.
The core focus of this role is to support the existing Account Management team with crucial day-to-day client management and delivery tasks. From briefing through to client delivery, internal communication, administration, proposal building, and project management, this role will support Account Managers in delivering value, retention, and ultimately, growth for their dedicated accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Client & Project Support:
- Work closely with the AM team to prepare client collateral, from pitch decks to reports
- Communicate briefing requirements to our various production teams
- Proof creative deliverables as part of our internal QA process
- Manage timelines and multiple teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Support with Salesforce CRM management
- Handle client inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Project Management & Organisation:
- Prepare client documentation (upsell decks, schedules of work, budgets, etc.)
- Maintain meeting documents, folders, and project management systems (SIMON)
- Organise internal briefings and client calls
- Collate, interpret, and organise client feedback
- Acknowledge client emails when AMs are unavailable
- Internal & External Communication:
- Ensure day-to-day account communication with production team members
- Contribute to the success and culture of the business with a positive, can-do attitude
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in an agency background, with administrative and client-facing exposure
- Experience in SEO, content creation, PPC, social media, paid media, digital content creation, and graphic design is required
- B2B experience is essential—candidates must be comfortable working in a B2B marketing environment
- IT industry experience is a must—knowledge of the sector and its nuances will be highly valued
- A self-starter with a project management mindset focused on delivering premium service
- Exceptionally organised—able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent stakeholder management skills—able to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- First-class communication skills—listening, presenting ideas, and handling objections professionally
- Digitally aware, inspired by creative/design/marketing, with a strong interest in digital marketing
- Pragmatic and adaptable approach—able to keep a cool head under pressure
- A positive, ambitious attitude—driven by both personal and team success
- Comfortable using Google Suite and other project management tools
- Familiarity with the UK market and an understanding of client expectations
- Exposure to international markets (e.g., Canadian, Australian, or American markets) is a plus
