Senior Paid Media Specialist

Budget: R55 000 (per month)

Location: Claremont, Cape Town

Working Type: Hybrid, 3 days in-office (Tuesday - Thursday)

Main Responsibilities:

• Strategic Campaign Management: Develop and implement paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. Ensure campaigns are continuously optimised to achieve KPIs and maximise ROI.
• Data-Driven Performance Analysis: Leverage analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and produce actionable insights and reports that drive campaign improvements.
• Client Engagement and Strategy: Partner with clients to understand business goals, present tailored strategies and results, and provide strategic recommendations based on industry trends and campaign data.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor team members, collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., SEO, content, design), and contribute to a positive, learning-focused environment.
• Budget Management: Oversee and optimise budget allocation to ensure efficient use of resources while maximising campaign performance.
