Senior Paid Media Manager / eCommerce Marketer

Budget: R55,000 - R65,000pm

Location: Remote, ZA

Contract Type: Full-time Contract (Rolling yearly)

Working hours: 2/3pm - 10/11pm

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and executing ad strategy for 7 & 8 figure eCommerce brands across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
• Client facing. You'll be handling communication and reporting with clients (US and EU based)
• Providing CMO-level consultation to clients including tracking metrics like nCPA, CAC:LTV ratio, building high-level goals including P&L numbers, etc
• Providing eCommerce consulting such as building better offers, bundling, how to increase AOV/CVR, etc
• Supporting other marketers on the team.
• Liaising with our creative team to produce ad creative for campaigns.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Must have confidence when presenting plans and handling problems.
• Working in EST time zone or Western Europe Time Zone (eg UK).
• T-shaped understanding of eCommerce marketing (knowledge on retention marketing, CRO, influencer marketing, organic, and how this all fits together).
• Extensive media buying experience working with multiple clients.
• Experience with managing teams and projects is preferred.
