Designer (Contract)

Working Type: Hybrid (2 days a week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Weekly Safety Tips:
  • Design visually appealing educational messages about money safety and prevalent scams.
  • Develop 1 x weekly in-app message: a concise and engaging educational message with a supporting image.
  • Craft 1 x weekly email: a detailed version of the in-app message.
  • Design 1 x static social media post, including promotional images.
  • Ensure images and messages are consistent across all channels (in-app, email, social media, WhatsApp, website).
• Scam Alert Template Repository:
  • Design urgent Scam Alert templates with supporting images for high-incident/value scams.
  • Create base content and images categorized by scam type (vishing, email and SMS scams, social media impersonator scams, investment scams, advance fee scams, goods and services scams).
  • Push Scam Alerts to a select group or all clients through in-app messages, emails (personal and business), and social media.
• Triggered Client Engagement Money Safety Education Journey:
  • Design multi-channel templates for targeted money safety client engagement journeys, including in-app, email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
  • Enhance the Fraud Victim journey with new categories.
• Website and Digital Content Optimisation:
  • Optimise the look and feel of the Fraud Centre on the website and individual articles (currently in drop-down lists without images and copy-heavy).
  • Update branch fraud flyers and design digital-friendly versions for the website.
• Gamified Quests:
  • Design scenario-based learning quizzes integrated with perks, covering various scam categories (call impersonator scam, email and SMS impersonator scams, social media impersonator scams, investment scams, advance fee scams, goods and services scams, free giveaway scams).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within the financial or cybersecurity sector.
• Strong understanding of prevalent scams and fraud tactics.
• Ability to create visually engaging and educational content across various channels (in-app, email, social media, WhatsApp, website).
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and Figma (as our digital ecosystem is built in Figma).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
