About this position

Monthly Retainer: R21 600 - R24 000 per month

Working Environment: Remote (working for a UK Agency)

Contract Duration: Full time 12-month contract (potential to become permanent)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach
    • Research and identify new business opportunities, including potential brand partners and key decision-makers.
    • Engage in targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods to generate and qualify leads.
    • Introduce the company and effectively communicate the value of our services to prospective clients
    Pipeline Management
    • Work closely with the New Business Manager to track and manage the sales pipeline using Monday.com.
    • Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings with qualified leads.
    • Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and drive conversions.
    Learning & Development
    • Gain deep knowledge of influencer marketing trends, our service offerings, and client success stories.
    • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills in lead generation, communication, and market research.

Requirements and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in relevant roles.
  • Prior experience in outreach, meeting targets, and delivering results is valued.
  • Open to individuals who have previously worked in similar roles.
  • A self-starter with a passion for sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adaptable to change.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a bonus but not essential.
