Account Manager (Contract)

Monthly Retainer: R21 600 - R24 000 per month

Working Environment: Remote (working for a UK Agency)

Contract Duration: Full time 12-month contract (potential to become permanent)

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact.
• Ensure all campaign deliverables meet agreed standards and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the creative team to align content with client objectives.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to optimise future strategies.
• Manage project tracking in Monday.com, ensuring real-time updates.
• Assist with client presentations, proposals, and market research to support campaign success.
• Overseeing and running client campaigns.
• Receiving client briefs and executing campaigns accordingly.
• Building influencer lists and securing client approval.
• Handling contracts and campaign alignment.
• Ensuring smooth execution and post-campaign reporting.

Requirements and Experience:

• Experience in an agency or fast-paced environment (essential).
• Strong background in client relationship management and account support.
• Passion for social media, YouTube, and influencer marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability and a strong sense of accountability.
