As a Product Marketer your mission is to ensure that our SDR teams and the campaigns they run are set up for success. You will do this by owning the end-to-end process of creating campaign playbooks (strategy, targeting (ICP’s & Personas), messaging (email and call scripts), and monitoring the effectiveness of the campaigns. Our mission is to accelerate the growth of exceptional software companies. We do this by helping these companies with the thing they struggle the most with - operating sales teams that can consistently generate high quality sales pipeline.

Budget: R25 000 - R45 000 (per month)

Location: Claremont, Cape Town

Working Environment: In-office

Start Date: ASAP or January 2025

Responsibilities:

As a Product Marketer your mission is to ensure that our SDR teams and the campaigns they run are set up for success. You will do this by owning the end-to-end process of creating campaign playbooks (strategy, targeting (ICP’s & Personas), messaging (email and call scripts), and monitoring the effectiveness of the campaigns.

When you have capacity available you will also support our internal product marketing efforts, creating content for our various touch points including:

  • Website, Landing Pages, Pricing Pages, Product Pages
  • Collateral: Slide decks, Case studies, Brochures, Proposals
  • Content: Webinars, Podcasts, Blog Posts
  • Social: LinkedIn

Requirements:

  • University Degree - in English, Journalism, Media (must have learnt strong writing discipline)
  • 2+ years copywriting experience
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Experience marketing a complex / high ticket service, product or solution
  • Communication skills - excellent written and verbal communication skills, can provide clear, concise and easy to understand explanations, can document requirements and proposed solutions
  • Conversion focused B2B copywriting - demonstrable experience creating conversion focussed B2B copy (landing pages, email, etc)
  • Stakeholder engagement - can effectively engage with stakeholders, and facilitate workshops
  • Design smarts - has basic design skills / appreciation for design aesthetics
  • Data analysis skills - can analyse data to determine campaign effectiveness
