The Marketing Operations and Programme Manager in will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the operational aspects of our clients marketing initiatives. This role will play a pivotal role in optimising and driving marketing processes, implementing technology solutions and ensuring a seamless coordination within the marketing department. This role requires a critical thinker with excellent organisational skills, a strong understanding of marketing processes, and a proven track record of successfully managing programs from conception to completion.

Main Responsibilities:
- Programme Management:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing programs across corporate, content, and growth marketing.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive program management plan, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of marketing automation platforms, ensuring optimal performance, user access, and data integrity.
- Implement and manage integrations between marketing systems and other tools, such as CRM platforms, analytics solutions, and third-party applications.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Implement and optimise operational processes to enhance the efficiency of marketing workflows.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and streamline processes for on-time project delivery.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance
- Data Management and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain segmented marketing databases, leveraging demographic, behavioural, and firmographic data for targeted campaigns.
- Implement regular data hygiene practices to eliminate duplicates, inaccuracies, and outdated information.
- Timeline Management:
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring that all marketing requests are delivered on schedule.
- Proactively identify potential delays and implement strategies to keep projects on track.
- Quality Control:
- Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that all marketing deliverables meet established standards.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Campaign Execution:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and strategize campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Monitor campaign execution, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance to ensure campaigns are launched successfully and on schedule.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate and analyse regular reports on key marketing performance indicators, including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis, helping the team make informed decisions for future marketing initiatives.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments to ensure marketing operations align with broader organisational goals.
- Effectively communicate updates, changes, and best practices related to marketing operations to relevant stakeholders.
- Foster strong collaboration between marketing teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of goals.
- Act as a liaison between marketing, creative, and other relevant departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to campaigns.
- Training and Support::
- User Training: Provide training and support to marketing team members on the use of marketing technology platforms, ensuring proficiency and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues related to marketing technology, collaborating with vendors or internal IT as needed.
Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
