Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing marketing strategies and creating targeted plans across digital channels. This includes communicating product and business value to specific segments/industries, with the goal of increasing market share, Net Promoter Score (NPS), brand consideration, customer base, and commercial value.

Contract Type: Full-time Contract

Contract Duration: 6-months

Key Responsibilities:

1. General

  • Analyze customer needs, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Align marketing, sales, and product processes with the customer journey.

2. Brand Management

  • Support the development and execution of the overall brand, marketing, and communication strategy.

3. Content Management

  • Develop messaging, FAQs, brochures, demos, website content, case studies, and presentations.
  • Implement content strategies across digital channels and propose innovative inbound marketing ideas.
  • Maintain a content repository and ensure alignment with the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.

4. Communication

  • Publish and promote content on the most effective channels to drive impact and engagement.

5. PR & Media

  • Develop and implement a content calendar across all platforms.
  • Monitor and manage social media to mitigate reputational risks.

6. Customer Experience

  • Enhance customer experience and drive brand consideration across online platforms.

7. Operations & Metrics

  • Link marketing activities with relevant business functions.
  • Establish metrics and tracking mechanisms, with monthly reporting.
  • Manage budgets and approvals for marketing activities.

8. Campaign Management

  • Design, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
  • Drive traffic to the website and optimize digital channels for maximum reach and engagement.

9. Sales Enablement

  • Develop campaigns to support revenue generation and customer relationship management.
  • Optimize lead conversion rates and nurture leads through content and digital channels.

10. Data Strategy

  • Execute our data strategy to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

Required Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing (Degree/Diploma) or equivalent experience
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing practices
  • Advanced MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in collaboration, CRM, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience with WordPress for minor updates and adjustments
  • Knowledge of social media tools and Google platforms
  • Understanding of technical product knowledge and marketing principles
