Key Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities

  • Align marketing and communication strategies with the business's strategic objectives.
  • Oversee brand, marketing, and communication initiatives across the business.
  • Lead crisis communication processes and operational implementation.
  • Provide input into business strategy, product development, and revenue team processes.
  • Manage relationships with specialist suppliers for marketing objectives.
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitor analysis for strategic insights.

Brand Management

  • Develop and manage brand strategies to grow brand equity and awareness.
  • Align brand strategies with company objectives and coordinate brand-building activities.
  • Oversee sponsorship investments and manage brand positioning initiatives.

Corporate Social Investment (CSI)

  • Design and manage CSI strategies to achieve impactful outcomes.

Communication and Public Relations

  • Implement brand communication standards and strategies across the organization.
  • Develop key messaging aligned with target markets and ensure consistency.
  • Manage media relations, PR activities, and content strategy to strengthen brand presence.
  • Supervise the creation of press releases, marketing materials, and other communication assets.

Operations Management

  • Establish performance metrics and tracking mechanisms for marketing targets.
  • Plan, monitor, and manage the marketing budget.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve objectives.
  • Ensure collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.

Product & Quality Assurance

  • Support product ideation and align marketing activities with product strategies.
  • Ensure communication aligns with brand, policy, and compliance standards.

Production

  • Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials for marketing and investor relations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record of leadership and strategy execution.
  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency required in LinkedIn, Canva, PowerPoint
  • Strategic, creative, and analytical mindset.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Expertise in social media platforms, digital marketing, and PR management.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership skills, including visioning, strategy, coaching, and mentoring.
