As our Creative Strategist, you’ll be at the forefront of developing impactful ad concepts that align with our clients’ growth objectives in the information product space. You will ideate and refine creative strategies that resonate with target audiences, working closely with performance creative teams to ensure every campaign is designed to convert. This role is ideal for someone passionate about advertising and copywriting, with a knack for understanding consumer psychology and turning insights into winning creative. Your primary goal is to elevate our clients' performance by creating creative frameworks that not only engage but drive measurable results, specifically for courses, coaching programs, and consulting businesses.

Location: Remote, ZA (For a UK Agency)

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Strategy Development: Develop tailored creative strategies for VSLs, sales pages, email sequences, Facebook, and Google ads for information product clients, focusing on high-conversion, data-driven outcomes.
  • Content Ideation: Generate fresh ideas and concepts for ad creative, ensuring alignment with brand goals, target audiences, and industry best practices within the courses and consulting space.
  • Storyboarding and Scripting: Develop compelling scripts, storyboards, and VSL outlines that capture brand messaging and drive engagement and conversion across digital platforms.
  • Copywriting Excellence: Create persuasive copy for VSLs, ad scripts, landing pages, and email sequences with a focus on overcoming objections, building trust, and encouraging conversions.
  • Collaboration with Creative Team: Partner with designers, videographers, and performance marketing teams to ensure all creative aligns with strategy and delivers results.
  • Market and Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer behavior shifts, using data to inform creative decisions that enhance ad performance.
  • Testing and Optimization: Continuously test, analyze, and optimize creatives based on performance metrics to improve conversion rates and client ROAS.
  • Client Interaction: Occasionally liaise with clients to present creative strategies and ensure that all work is aligned with their business objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in creative strategy or copywriting within a performance-driven marketing or advertising agency, specifically within courses, coaching, and consulting industries.
  • Information Product Expertise: Strong understanding of the courses and consulting landscape, consumer psychology, and how creative impacts different stages of the buying journey.
  • Conversion-Focused Mindset: Ability to create engaging, conversion-oriented ad content that drives results.
  • Copywriting Prowess: Excellent writing skills, especially in developing persuasive and compelling copy that resonates with audiences and overcomes objections.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent ability to articulate creative strategies and concepts to both internal teams and clients.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with design, video production, and performance marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Ability to use data and performance insights to drive creative decisions and optimizations.
  • Storytelling Skills: Expertise in developing narratives that connect emotionally with audiences while delivering clear, actionable messaging.
