You will support our Content Team, in-house podcast (Ten Min Win), and key partners, ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns and content initiatives across multiple platforms. About this position

Monthly Retainer: R21 600 - R24 000 per month

Working Environment: Remote (working for a UK Agency)

Contract Duration: Full time 12-month contract (potential to become permanent)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain timely and professional communication with partners and clients.
  • Ensure all campaign deliverables meet agreed standards and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Team to align campaign content with client goals.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide insights for future strategy improvements.
  • Manage project tracking in Monday.com, ensuring real-time updates.
  • Assist with client presentations, proposals, and research to support campaign success.
  • Organise and coordinate podcast guest schedules.
  • Research potential podcast guests and prepare briefing documents.
  • Use CRM software to schedule and carry out follow-ups.
  • Create and manage social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
  • Work with in-house designers to develop creative assets.
  • Coordinate actionable steps for lead conversion.
  • Support the Marketing & PR team to amplify content reach.
  • Prepare and update pitch decks.
  • Research and create knowledge resources to share with potential guests and the team.

Requirements and Experience:

  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience in relevant roles.
  • Experience in an agency or fast-paced environment (essential).
  • Strong copywriting and content writing skills.
  • Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva).
  • Strong research skills, including identifying industry trends and key conversations.
  • Understanding of brand management, ensuring alignment with tone of voice and visual identity.
  • Experience in client relationship management and account support.
  • Passion for social media, YouTube, and influencer marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and accountability.
